Project status synchronization between 2 sheets
I have 2 sheets (2 project trackers) and need to present the status in a "master" tracker based on a data from the "slave" one. The problem is that in the slave there could be couple (even 20) rows that are connected to the one project in the master file. They are connected via Project Name column. I need to somehow merge all packaging statuses of each project in slave tracker and transfer final outcome into the master- if just one is delayed means outcome is delayed, all on time= on time, all completed=completed.
I tried couple of things but nothing was working so any tips would be appreciated ;)

Piotr Majkowski ✭✭✭for example i have 3 tasks here (Custom- slave tracker)
related to one project here (KOF- master tracker)
columns have different name but it's the same data, KOF's name (base) = *Project Name
and now from Custom tracker (slave) i need to "sum up" those statuses
if one of them is "Delayed" here in KOF tracker (master) outcome needs to be "Delayed"
