Can a Master Dashboard automatically pick up a new Master Smartsheet links?

Hi,

I have created a Master Dashboard in a folder with a Master Smartsheet and Reports - at risk tasks, Project Milestones and Status. My question is, if the dashboard widgets are always pulling data from the Master Smartsheet or reports and the reports are also pulling from the Master Smartsheet, can I just swap out the Master Smartsheet using the same name (Assuming no changes to format of the Master Smartsheet) and have everything re-synch and update based on the new Master Smartsheet? Having to go back and relink everything to a new Master Smartsheet is not efficient when just the data within the Master Smartsheet changes.

Hi, <\/p>

Add a \"Created By\" column in your sheet and turn on \"Required smartsheet login to access your form\" in your form setting. So that whoever fills out the form, their email id will be automatically captured in \"created by\" column. This will replace your \"Requestor Name\" column. <\/p>
