Seeking a SmartSheet Consultant

Hello SS Community. My company is seeking a SS consultant to work on a tracking project. My company is a medical organization that has multiple location throughout the country. Our regulatory department has developed a tracking system in excel that is used to track and update the spreadsheet when specific changes are made. The items that are tracked and updated are very important because certain items need to be completed in order for a location to open. They also have to report certain information to the FDA as well. I work for the Project Management Office and have been asked to find a consultant who can assist us with this. Any ideas on services that may help provide this?
