Report : Printing Option Help

Hello Smartsheet’s,

I need your help with trying to print out a report with the group name showing. I want to be able to print out the entire report with the drop down sheet name. How do I do that?

    Currently grouping is not applied when printing reports as you've found; please add your vote and voiceto this Idea Postto let the Product team know you would also like to see this implemented!

There is no direct way to do this. Adding a checkbox helper column with something similar to this and then formatting based on the checkbox is the simplest way. You can even hide the extra column, as there is no reason for it to be visible.<\/p>
