我都不知道该怎么说。我曾经尝试过用不同的视图来总结一些数据,但是由于格式的限制,我无法得到任何有用的东西。

我有一张记录评估的主表格。在这个总结中,我想展示一小部分数据。我有想在摘要中使用的列:到期日期、审查员、到期月份和到期月份名称。我想要的是一个超级紧凑的总结,每个月都显示如何

每个考官都要做很多评估。

在Access中,我可以创建一个小矩形——月份的名字在顶部,每个审查员的名字在左边,右边是一个代表评估次数的数字。使用小字体,我可以在一个窗口中显示12个月的内容。

我尝试过在报告中创建摘要。使用不同的视图,不同的分组和不同的排序。但通常有160多个考试要跟踪和6-8个考官。

我试着把数据折叠起来,但是我弄丢了审查员的名字。

我想要的是能够快速浏览一下数据,希望用最少的滚动,看看每个考官分配给他们的总任务和按月分配的任务。然后,我想将此(在仪表板中)显示在相同数据的网格视图旁边,这样我就可以分配未分配的案例。

    我个人会使用单独的床单为此(可能称为“度量表”),然后使用交叉表公式来收集所需的数字。

    例如,您可以让第一列列出考官的名字,之后的每一列都与一个月相关联。然后你可以用一个交叉图条件统计公式要查找每月的计数,如下所示:

    =条件统计({审查员列},(电子邮件保护),{月份名称列},"三月")

No problem. Add a date column (and probably hide it). Then go the Automations button on the upper left of the sheet. From there, create new from scratch. I called my automation the same as the column I added; \"TODAY (sheet refresh)\". Below is how my settings are for the automation. I hope that does the trick. -Matt<\/p>
