Drop Down List assigning a score
I am trying to figure out the correct formula to execute an output
I have created a Drop-Down list that the end user can select one or more options.
Each question has an associated score with it (1 or 2). I want the output to generate the overall score and a background color in a separate column. I have it created in excel and want to replicate it to Smartsheet.

the questions in column have the following multiple options, the user is allowed to select more than one of the drop-down options. The first three options carry a score of 2 and the other four carry a score of 1, which if the user selects all 7 options would result in 10 in column 2 and turn the background red, which would indicate to me that this request needs to be rushed. I was hoping there would be a formula or methodology I could use to generate the "Overall Score" in column 2, of the options from column 1 "Determine the level of change."
