Syncing Smartsheet schedule and Resource Management

Y'all

I've switched on the Resource Management module but schedule tasks and assignments are not being synced across to the RM module.

Is there anything I need to do in the RM module to have this done?

    Thanks Andree.

    I've done everything according to the instructions - connecting Smartsheet, enabling the RM module in Project settings. I even tried to disconnect and reconnect in the Smartsheet schedule RM panel but to no avail.

    I've also invited users to the RM.

    @Tim Starkey<\/a> I have two potential options you could investigate to see if they meet your needs:<\/p>

    1. Data Shuttle: You mentioned you work for a small company and already use SCC. If it's been a while since you talked with your account rep, I suggest contacting them just to see what they can offer. I've seen them offer much more attractive pricing to small companies lately. (One company I'm working with was able to upgrade to Advance for a fraction of what they were quoted a few years ago.)<\/li>

        Hello!! I have two questions: I am sharing reports with others, but some of them can't see what is inside the report; why is that? Also, I am sharing a report to an outside email address, and they cannot export the attachment or print it, even if they are admin-can share. Please help!
