自动化不ification - Only getting notifications on app?
Hi All,
I'm currently having an odd issue with a simple notification automation. Currently we have a notification that is sent to me when any row is changed.
Starting today, when items are updated, I get the notification via the app on my phone but do not get the notification in smartsheet (sidebar bell on web) nor do I get an email. However, if I manually trigger the automation for that row that changed, I get the notifications (email and bell). Any help?

ker9 ✭✭✭✭✭✭Try going to your Personal Settings/Notifications to see if they need to be modified. You can access through the icon in the lower right navigation bar:

Nope, no modification made to the person settings/notifications. I have all options checked for email and mobile push notifications

There is no direct way to do this. Adding a checkbox helper column with something similar to this and then formatting based on the checkbox is the simplest way. You can even hide the extra column, as there is no reason for it to be visible.<\/p>
