Workflow to change a cell value isn't working properly (changing the values I input)
I have several workflows to auto-populate a required reading column value based on what procedure is being performed. Most of them work just fine, but a couple of them are changing when they auto-populate in the sheet.
For example, I have the required reading for a specific task as "3941, 3987" but when the cell auto-populates it enters it as "39413987" in the sheet (missing the comma and space).
Any suggestions for how to fix this?

Seems like a bug in the program, it returns text correctly if you have text (cat, dog) but not if you have numbers (3941, 3987). As a workaround, you can try adding an apostrophe (or another character) as the first character to get: '3941, 3987

A workaround would be to surround a number with quotation marks.
Then, if you don't want quotation marks, you can remove them by SUBSTITUTE() function.
I use a Sheet Summary field for a quotation mark in a formula.
Please take a look at the published example in the following URL.
