User not showing up on user list
I have a user that I invited to our account. She is trying to set it up through the invite email she received, but she is getting an error that says "Your account has been blocked by your account adminstrator. Please contact them for assistance."
When I go to our user list, she is not anywhere on the list. Yet, when I went to add her as a new user (again, because she doesn't show on my list), I get an error saying she already exists.
I have no memory of blocking anyone (I wasn't even aware you can) and no idea where to find her in the system to 'unblock' her, since she isn't showing up on any of my user lists (past, present, invited, etc.). Any help would be appreciated!!!

When you click on your account button in the bottom left hand corner, do you have an option called Admin Center? In Admin Center, you can manage the users from there.

I do have "admin center". I already went there, accessed my user list, and tried to add her (since she is not on the list). It won't let me add her.

I found her listed in a sheet. But she is not on my main user list, and I can't look/edit her user permissions from the sheet directly.

解决了- She was in my deactivated users list. I wasn't aware that wasn't a part of my "all users' list, but that makes sense now.
Sorry, new at this!! Appreciate the help!
