Calendar App @ Comments email format
Using the comments on the Calendar App is helpful to avoid most users from going into the sheet itself and having visibility of comments on the Calendar. However, I have found that if an @ comment is put into the comments on the Calendar App, an email is sent but there is just a link to the Calendar app, but not message. And when you click on the link, it just takes you to the Calendar app with no indication of where the comment is. Has anyone found a work around for this? Is there a setting I'm missing? I wish it worked like it does in the sheet. There is always and underlying sheet and the comment populates to it. Why does it not just send the comment from the sheet for consistency?

There currently isn’t a way to display the comment or the particular calendar item that was commented on in the Calendar app email notification.
When you have a moment, please submit your feature request to the Product team by creating an Idea Post in theSmartsheet Product Feedback and Ideas topichere in the Community. This will allow other users to vote on your enhancement idea!

I got 2 ideas :<\/p>
- Build a Report that refer to all project sheets (as source sheets) and setup \"As current user\" filter, then embed that Report to a Dashboard (with Viewer mode setting is \"Their own perspective\" in Dashboard). The viewer will not see only data regarding to them without the comment column.<\/li>
- Build a Report that refer to all project sheets (as source sheets) and build a Dynamic View (DV) that refer to this Report (as source data) and setup :
- \"As current user\" filter in this DV for external stakeholders to see only data regarding to them. <\/li>
- Hide comment<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>
This will save your effort to build many DV for different stakeholders<\/p>
