Resource Management: Handling of Milestones

I usually assign a resource to a Milestone (task with 0 duration), but now in RM for Smartsheet, if I do so, the resource is considered as 100% booked.

Form my point of view, if I do that, that should not be the case as the duration is 0. Or am I wrong?

It sounds like the sheet you're working in is a Project Sheet that has Resource Management connected<\/a> to it, and you're using the Resource Management Panel<\/strong><\/a> in Smartsheet to sync your data. This integration will use the Resource Management API to connect the two systems. <\/p>
