自动化:可选择地单独发送附件
目前，可以发送包含附件的自动化，其中列出了给定行的多个附件。
过滤或选择单个附件(基于条件因素，例如附件的标题是否包含特定的文本字符串、编号惯例，甚至文件类型)将非常有用，以避免向某些用户大量发送不必要的附件，这些用户可能只需要查看一个附件，或者由于HR项目等保密原因不应该查看某些附件。
现在，我们的解决方案是使用多个工作表来移动项目，当工作流是相同的时候。如果有一个简单的工作表，允许这些工作流和项目在一个地方存在，那将是很好的。
