How can I sum cells that include the abbreviation of states, but include commas in between?
As of right now I am summing selected cells, which then gives me everything that is in those cells. It is then merging them together, but I need it to include a comma if there is more than 1 cell that has information in it.

Try this instead:
=JOIN(COLLECT([Dash Columns]12:[Dash Columns]61, [Dash Columns]12:[Dash Columns]61, @cell <> ""), ", ")

@haley brianneYour screenshot is not really showing a lot. Can you recapture the screen shot and also give an example of what you want?

If you do have your sheet setup somehow so that the entries are respresented by [0, 0.25, 0.50, 0.75, 1], then this should work:

=IF(COUNTIF(CHILDREN([BallCell]@row), < 0.25) = COUNT(CHILDREN([BallCell]@row)), "Not Started", IF(COUNTIF(CHILDREN([BallCell]@row), 1) = COUNT(CHILDREN([BallCell]@row)), "Completed", "In Progress"))

In either case, you will need to substitute [BallCell] with the name of the column with your symbols. Hi @MeganJF

I guess you forget to use AND( ).

For example,

- IF([Total Value to User Score]@row = <3.8, >4.7, "Mild,

should be

- IF(AND([Total Value to User Score]@row < 3.8, [Total Value to User Score]@row > 4.7), "Mild",

However, the following would be more straightforward.

- =IF([Total Value to User Score]@row >= 4.8, "No Pain",

- IF([Total Value to User Score]@row >= 3.8, "Mild",

- IF([Total Value to User Score]@row >= 2.8, "Moderate",

- IF([Total Value to User Score]@row >= 1.8, "Very Severe",

- IF([Total Value to User Score]@row < 1.8, "Extreme", "//www.santa-greenland.com/community/discussion/106637/")))))

- IF(AND([Total Value to User Score]@row < 3.8, [Total Value to User Score]@row > 4.7), "Mild",
