You would create the sheet first, then you can click on \"Forms\" in the top right corner of the new sheet to create the form.<\/p>

Testing New Form I have created a form that I would like to format and test before activating. My question is, when I edit a Field in the test form, it is affecting my live source sheet. Is there a way to make these edits on the test form without it changing the column names in the source sheet?
