Notifications sending too early
Is there a way to set the time the notifications send? Our associates are getting notifications at 2 and 3 in the morning.

Sorry, I worded the question wrong. It is for "Set a Reminder" The reminders are coming in in the wee hours of the morning.

Are you able to provide screenshots of how it is set up?
-
I might've solved it with Workflows. Trying it out now.

Yes. We cannot set a time on row level reminders, but using a date based Reminder automation does allow us to specify a time. That was going to be my suggestion if you were not already using the automation.

Thank you. I'm just hoping I set it up right.

The way I am reading it...
At 10:00am (EST) 3 days before the Start Date it will send an alert. If the Assigned To is Lyndsey Stewart then it will send the alert with 1 field. If the Assigned To is NOT Lyndsey Stewart then it will send all fields. Both are set to send to [Assigned To], and both will have a link to the sheet included in the email.
-
Yes, I want it to go to me always, and to who it is assigned to.

You want it to always go to you (with one cell) and the [Assigned To] with all cells regardless of who is in the [Assigned To] column?
-
I check it daily, so I don't need to be notified. I want to know that it works. I need the reminder to go out to the people who are in the Assigned To column.

In that case, I would suggest removing the condition and the path below it and just leave it as no condition and the alert to the right. If you want to test, you can set yourself up a test row in the sheet, assign yourself to it, then enter the date accordingly.

I think I would just use a COUNTIFS in this situation:<\/p>
