Merging Community profiles

Hi@Genevieve P.,

Can you plrease assist me to merge my two Community profiles. One uses a shortened alias version of my email address and has most of my old discussion/idea threads. The other profile (this one) has my full name email address and now also has my product and sales certifications attached. I am hoping that I don't lose any of my history!

    Thanks for the tag and the headsup! We can update current profiles to be associated with a new email, however I am not sure if it's possible tomergetwo accounts together.

    If we can, which of your two profiles/emails should be the only one with a Community account?

    Preferably, keep my full name email address (display name: Adrian @Chess, account id: Adrian_M73016), as this email is associated with my certifications (oddly Sales doesn't appear there yet)

    The other alias one (display name Adrian @ Chess, account id: Adrian@Chess_M256961) is the one I first started using for ideas/discussions and was most active in before getting certified.

    It gets very confusing for me even to remember which account I'm in! If you can't merge the two, can I at least change my public name perhaps?
