Hi Community,

We would like to inform you about an upcoming change regarding the Smartsheet mobile app. Effective anytime on or after October 18, 2023, we will be deprecating all Smartsheet mobile app versions 10.8 and lower. It is important for you to be aware of this in order to ensure uninterrupted access to the app's features and support.

To continue enjoying a seamless experience with Smartsheet on your mobile device, we kindly request that you update your app to the latest version. By upgrading, you will benefit from a better user interface, access to new features, and ongoing support from Smartsheet.

To update your mobile app, simply visit the Smartsheet page on theApp Storefor iOS or theGoogle Play Store for Android, and follow the instructions to download and install the latest version.
