一列containing dates in chronological order

· Problem: It is not possible to sort a column containing dates by chronological order

You can sort by dates. It would be either ascending to have the earliest dates at the top of the sheet or descending to have the most recent dates at the top of the sheet.

Hi Paul, it does not work with English time format unfortunately (31/12/2023) because it sorts the column by the first digit only (the day) and therefore some later months are before others meaning that the list is not in chronological order.

Have you double checked that you have date values in a date type column? I just tested it in an account that uses that formatting, and it sorted properly. In the below snippet, you will see where it is actually sorted on the date and not necessarily the day number (first two rows).
