@BStump
This method does produce separate reports:

The Project Plan report will include this filter: "Sheet Type" is one of "Project Plan" -- this filter will exclude rows coming from the RAID Log (and all other types of sheets) because those other sheets will have a value in their "Sheet Type" column that is not "Project Plan."

The RAID Log report will include this filter: "Sheet Type" is one of "RAID Log" -- this filter will exclude rows coming from the Project Plan (and all other types of sheets) because those other sheets will have a value in their "Sheet Type" column that is not "RAID Log."

Thus, each report will include a filter rule specifying that only rows with its own sheet type can be included.

I have each assigned to person with conditional format with a color to let them know what they are assigned to work, but what if i need two or more associates to work that particular assignment, how do i set up conditional formatting for that, or would that be a formula?
I have each assigned to person with conditional format with a color to let them know what they are assigned to work, but what if i need two or more associates to work that…
https://community.smartsheet.com/discussion/108417/how-do-i-set-up-a-conditional-format-when-i-want-more-than-one-person-in-the-assigned-to-column
https://community.smartsheet.com/discussion/108417/how-do-i-set-up-a-conditional-format-when-i-want-more-than-one-person-in-the-assigned-to-column
Rich
245,254,334,437
{"10":"","300":"","800":"","1200":"","1600":

@Genesia
I would use conditional formatting. The rules for individual people should be in the form "If Assigned To is equal to 'Curtis Coleman' then apply this format to the entire row." It's important to use "is equal to" rather than "contains." Then add a final rule (at the bottom of the list of rules): "If Assigned To is not blank then apply this format to the entire row."

With this structure and wording for the rules, rows with a single person assigned will get their individual color and those with two or more people will get the color you assign in the last rule.

Hope this helps!

https://community.smartsheet.com/api/v2/discussions?page=2&categoryID=321&includeChildCategories=1&type%5B0%5D=Question&excludeHiddenCategories=1&sort=-hot&limit=3&expand%5B0%5D=all&expand%5B1%5D=-body&expand%5B2%5D=insertUser&expand%5B3%5D=lastUser&status=accepted
">

Auto number column giving duplicated numbers Hi All, I have an auto number column that I use in a formula to get row# but that auto number column is producing duplicate numbers and therefore messing up the formula. Does anyone know why it is giving duplicate numbers? Thanks.
Row Report from Sheets in Workspace If I have a set of folders under a workspace with different type sheets. Some will be Project plans, others may be RAID/CRAID Logs, etc. Is there a way to create a row report of all the RAID/CRAID Logs only, and separate from a similar row report with all the Project Plan line items?
How do i set up a conditional format, when i want more than one person in the assigned to column I have each assigned to person with conditional format with a color to let them know what they are assigned to work, but what if i need two or more associates to work that particular assignment, how do i set up conditional formatting for that, or would that be a formula?
