COUNTIF and OR or IF Formula

I'm looking to use COUNTIF to calculate if something is the right date and then if it has meets one of the following criteria (using references).

My current formula looks like this:

=COUNTIFS({Despatch Report Date}, =Date8, {Despatch Report Lot Status}, "Q", {Despatch Report WO Status}, <99

I basically want to count if its the right date and then count if meets one of the criteria, e.g. its in Q or its less than <99

Adding OR and @cell, doesn't work because my references are different columns.

=COUNTIFS({Despatch Report Date}, =Date8, OR({Despatch Report Lot Status}, "Q", @cell), {Despatch Report WO Status}, <99, @cell)

Would it be better to use an IF statement at the start of the formula?

If \"Yesterday\" and \"Today\" are the only text values you end up with, then this formula would do what you're after:<\/p>

I assume you have a header or something similar in row 1, and that is why you are starting in row 2? If you designate rows, you must use it on the range to sum as well as the ranges to evaluate.<\/p>

=SUMIFS([Actual Charges]2:[Actual Charges]60, [SOW Reference]2:[SOW Reference]60, \"IPO PMO\")<\/p>

If you specify rows, those rows must also exist. If you want to evaluate all rows except for row 1, so specify [Actual Charges]2:[Actual Charges]2000, you will get an error if there are not 2000 rows in the sheet.<\/p>
