click links in card "edit" view

I often put URLs in task descriptions on my to-do list, usually referencing an email or something, and I have my card view set to show the description. If the description is short enough that the URL is shown in the card view, I can click it. But if the description is so long that only the first part shows and the URL is not shown, I can open the card to edit it but then the URL is not clickable - I have to highlight and "go to" or whatever in my browser. Not a big deal but a pain.

Idea: make URLs clickabout in the card "edit view"

Bonus idea: give me the option to display the entire description in the card view, either for every card, or just a card I click on, or something.
