是否有一种方法可以让我看到项目的计划进度和实际进度?基线还是实际?

    到目前为止，Smartsheet还没有基线功能。选项有:

    以里程碑的形式插入KPI，并锁定行，以便编辑器无法更改它们。

    在完成Planning并锁定所有行后，创建计划的副本，然后创建一个主项目，计划和基线都使用链接单元格提供给该主项目。

    为基线开始和基线完成创建其他列，将计划日期复制到这些列并锁定它们。创建额外的计算列来计算方差。

    不理想，但一切皆有可能。

    我也在关注支持多基线的SmartSheet功能。目前，我做了以下几点。我有4个栏目“趋势开始”，“趋势结束”，“基线开始”和“基线结束”。

    我与团队一起审查并批准的第一个计划，我会在“基线开始”和“基线完成”列中输入日期。此时，我进入编辑项目设置，在“日期速率显示”下，我选择“基线开始”和“基线完成”。这样做是为了确保前任工作正常。

    在项目执行期间，我更新计划(如果我看到变化)，并开始在“趋势开始”和“趋势结束”列中输入新的日期。此时，我去编辑项目设置，将“日期速率显示”更改为“趋势开始”和“趋势结束”。这样，无论何时我对前列进行任何更改，“基线开始”和“基线完成”日期都不会更改。

    现在，在任何给定的时间，我都能看到计划的进展。

    我看到的唯一缺点是无法得到显示计划和实际趋势的甘特图。

With SUMIFS, you have to include the range to SUM separately from the ranges to compare. In your scenario, they are the same, but can be different.<\/p>
