有一个通知，如果有任何变化，将向您发送电子邮件共享工作表。如果工作表在工作空间中，也许这也适用于工作空间。

当一些人离开公司时，我“继承”了30多个工作区(以及大量的表格)。我正在把他们转到合适的人那里。不值得花时间设置一个可能起作用也可能不起作用的通知。这将是很好的，如果系统通知你一样，当表所有权的变化。

如果您是工作区的所有者，那么没有您的明确许可，其他用户不能获得所有权。
其他用户可以在没有事先许可的情况下将您作为所有者删除的唯一情况是，您不拥有工作区中的任何工作表。否则他们必须先问。
改变工作区的所有权并不是完全直截了当的，特别是当其中的工作表由不同的人拥有时。另存为新是一个很好的解决方案，但我建议您控制，并在输出工作表访问报告后，您仔细完成分配，但要保持控制。

最终的目标是将工作表和工作空间转移给合适的新主人，让我彻底离开。我是中间人，不需要/不想拥有这些东西。一旦我转移了所有的表格，那么其他人就可以拥有工作空间;就算他们来了，也不会通知我。我正试着跟进每个人的所有情况，所以我现在需要看看我是否还有工作空间。
