当将整个文件夹或整个工作区的表格/报告/仪表板保存为“新”功能成为Smartsheet功能时，我从真正的模板过渡到只有模板工作区，但对象保持各自的形式(表格、报告和仪表板)。
任何用户，包括查看者，都可以右键单击“模板”工作区，并将整个工作区保存为新的，以创建一个新项目。这在保持模板报告和仪表板与表之间的互连性方面也做得很好。
*上面的逻辑适用于文件夹，只要所有的对象都在一个文件夹下面，你想“保存为新”。
