下午好,
目前，我的公司正在使用smartsheet来建立我们的质量问题数据库。由于该部门是新手，因此输入的数据不是很可靠:许多审计员只是登录，输入自己的姓名、工作站，然后输入描述遇到问题的文本。
我想更进一步，创建一个结构化的数据收集过程，需要定义条件，以便对问题进行很好的分类。
例如，我们制作这个流程(针对手机制造商)，每个步骤将显示其自己的子类别:
1.问题发生在哪里?
- 工作站1
- 工作站2
- 仓库
- 航运
用户选择了工作站2
2.问题的本质是什么
- 构建错误的组件
- 缺失的组件
- 失踪的标记
用户选择了错误的组件构建
3.哪个组件不正确?
- 屏幕
- 身体
- 内存
用户选择一个，然后添加额外的细节，如果需要的话。
正如您所看到的，这种嵌套的过程形式有助于以有意义的方式对问题进行分类;通过这种方式，我们可以找出问题发生的位置，问题的性质，或者说是哪些组件往往会导致最多的问题。
我不认为这可以在smartsheet中完成——但是可以使用第三方来完成，然后集成到现有的sheet中吗?我们喜欢这个平台，因为我们可以在不同的部门使用它，而且这些表单有助于在整个公司共享可访问性——但这种复杂性可能需要进一步开发。
