如果您正在创建一个自动更新请求规则，并且您有一个可用于分配给部门的下拉列表列，那么您可以构建一个规则，该规则将在“department”列更改为单个用户的部门时向其发送更新请求。
您需要为每个部门构建不同的规则，并为该部门中的每个人键入电子邮件地址。(附截图为例)

如果将更新请求发送给所有用户，那么一旦该部门的某个人更新了项目，该通知是否就会消失?
从本质上讲，我希望它是这样的，一旦下一个在线的团队成员解决了它，每个后续的团队成员都不会仍然挂起请求。

后续问题-我可以设置条件格式，以便当在列中选中一个框(将行/票标记为已解决)时，它清除可能正在等待的更新请求?

创建这种类型的规则将向所有各方发送更新请求的不同实例(在同一行上)。如果一个人完成了更新请求，它不会为其他人删除该更新请求(通过条件格式或其他方式)。目前还没有一种方法可以有条件地自动删除挂起的更新请求。
如果其他人在更新请求完成后提交更新请求，那么前一个人的更新可能会被覆盖。
通常，您希望每个人参与的协作级别最好直接在工作表中处理。

In the Trigger section, select \"When a date is reached\",<\/p>
Then select \"Custom\" for when to run the automation, and select \"Repeat Every\" and choose 1 Day.<\/p>
Then select your Conditions. For yours, you can say \"Where Past Due?\", and select \"is one of\", then choose \"Past Due\"<\/p>
