是的，这是一个提供下拉菜单的选项，但是它不能在大量用户中扩展。Smartsheet有一个模糊搜索选项，但不应该只限制名称的一个版本与匹配的电子邮件地址。在使用smartsheets很长一段时间后，现在我觉得smartsheets的模糊搜索限制只允许有电子邮件地址的联系人名称，不允许在联系人列中有没有电子邮件地址的自由表单名称。这至少可以减少相同名称的重复数量。

唯一的问题是，它是不可扩展的，所以你必须手动添加到下拉菜单中的web表单。除此之外，它应该能正常工作。
