I want to center the column titles and color them. I like to remove the grid lines from it as well.

Those types of formatting are not possible in Smartsheet.

Is it set to allow for multiple selections? If so, reports cannot group by that. It depends on your automation settings. If you set it to unrestricted, you can send to an email address in a cell without giving them access to the sheet.
