Outlook App Enhancement Request
I did submit this request through the Enhancements form.
I love the Outlook app. What a time saver it is!
I use the SS app religiously to save emails to my sheets. Sometimes I will save one with multiple attachments, images, only to receive an update from a co-worker and wil resave the new email.
This means that the attachments are all included again in the save. Today I had one with 35 images. I did not want to save these again and so unselected one by one.
It would be handy to have a select all/unselect all feature to speed this up.
It might also be nice to further this to select /deselect all jpg's, select/deselect all other files. This would be helpful for those times when the only images are part of the email signature and don't need to be saved.

No, it currently isn't possible to share the Data Shuttle workflow configuration with another account. The set-up for that workflow is associated with one account. (Please let our Product team know of your feature request by filling in this form, here!)<\/a><\/p>
If you are looking to transfer workflows because a user has left the organization, you could potentially update the Primary email address associated with the account that owns the configurations. This will allow you to gain access to the Data Shuttle workflows from the new email. Keep in mind this would need to be an email that does not currently have a Smartsheet account.
