Insert comments into the timeline
I have discussed it with the coders already, but it seems to need discussion and/or support from the users.
The idea is (the best described by the image):
IMHO it would make the smartsheet more operative.
1. Each team member will see the progress and/or eventual problems.
2. Each member may insert comments with any content related to the specific task.
3. Any warning, suggestion may definitely help the others to proceed safely or more efficiently, if beeing warned or getting suggestions, assistance etc.
4. Automated announce with designated icon sent by mail or SMS would be an excellent feature.
5. The access levels could be also set if there are more levels of participants.
