To Add to Andree's suggestion, I have personally found that Time tracking is not something that Smartsheet does very well. There are countless discrepancies with time display, and downloading of reports into xls or csv files. The way smartsheet handles time is to display it in the user's time zone when online but the data is actually being kept according to the server's time zone. Download and display of times are disconnected and often cause confusion. Perhap's Andree's link will lead you to a working solution.

Agreed with Mike. Although Smartsheet sold us a solution indicating it would track hours. We are now unable to track at task level, as we were more in need of a ticketing solution. Definitely disappointed as most other functionality in Smartsheet is useful, this lacks heavily!

There currently isn't a way to overlay an Outlook Calendar on top of a Smartsheet Calendar; you can do the reverse, publish dates from Smartsheet into Outlook.

You are more than welcome!

Glad to hear that it worked for your present use-case.
