为我们的仪表板和报告提供实时数据提高了我们的管理能力。我也希望能够分享我们这些年来是如何做的。我想捕获和报告kpi随时间的变化。我有一个可以捕获我需要的信息的报告，但我一直在试图弄清楚如何在周期性(例如每周)的基础上捕获这些数据。我可以在预定的基础上作为附件发送报告，但随后我必须将数据返回到Smartsheet环境中。有人有什么想法要分享吗?

    您将需要第三方工具(对于低页数系统，我更喜欢Zapier www.zapier.com)或API。设置一个Date列用于触发器(周日通常有效)，并让它将数据捕获到另一个工作表中。

    一些已知问题:

    Zapier(和其他第三方工具)不能很好地扩展。更多的表单需要相同的功能点来完成自己的API工作(尽管我有这样的想法，但没有预算来实现)。

    Zapier一开始可能会抱怨，因为有太多的行(可能)被更新了。通过与完成的Zap联系并解释您设置的过滤器将阻止Zap成功完成(复制/添加行操作)，可以解决这个问题。

    举个例子，我为一个客户设置了一个循环任务列表，其中包含100个左右的任务，有些是每天的，有些是每周的，有些是每月的……

    Zapier用于创建循环任务的新实例。每天，大约100行将被更新，并可能创建一个较小集合(少于10行)的下一个实例(传递到另一个工作表)。但只有在与扎皮尔确认我知道自己在做什么之后，它才起作用。
