提交web表单时的警报通知?
是否有办法发送警报通知只有当一个web表单提交?我在一个场景中，我已经设置了自己被提醒，当任何变化，但我有两个同事也需要提醒，当一个web表单被提交。我希望这是一个实际的设置，而不是创建一个变通的办法，比如让web表单用户勾选一个框，在一个特定的列中输入文本等。我自己每天都非常频繁地对后端进行手动更改，但我的同事只需要知道何时提交了表单。
有没有可能在将来添加这些内容?

凯利帕洛斯 ✭我们公司通过添加一个自动行号列，然后为需要在该列更改时发送新webform提交通知的人员设置通知来实现这一点。由于#是自动生成的，不能更改，因此只有在新的webform提交时添加新的#时才会触发通知。我不确定这是不是最好的方法，但它很简单而且有效。我们将auto number列隐藏起来，因为我们实际上不需要在工作表中看到它。

谢谢你的建议，Kelly!我最终以不同的方式执行了你的建议。我所做的是在表单中添加一个新字段作为复选框，自动选中它，然后将其设置为隐藏字段。在实际的Smartsheet中，我隐藏了该列，因为它永远不需要被看到或更新，并设置警报，以便在新表单提交(我称之为添加的隐藏字段)发生变化时立即通知我的同事。

Ok. I just had someone else earlier this week have the same issue. Even after converting all of the IDs to text it still wasn't working. Lets try converting everything on the source sheet to numbers. Take that LEFT formula you have that strips the ID out and wrap it in a VALUE function.<\/p>
