我创建了一个表格来存放我的数据，并创建了一堆与之相关的图表。例如，每行表示当周的数据。
但是……当我为新的一周添加新的数据行时，我发现我必须重新建立图表的数据字段，当我这样做时，我失去了图表的所有格式，必须再次重置所有图表。这不是长期可控的。例如，我有折线图，每个图表中只使用特定的数据列，垂直轴调整数据范围，图例位置等，一旦我指定了新的数据范围，我就失去了一切。
如果可以设置它，这样数据范围就会自动扩展，而不必进入并重置它，并且如果重置数据范围，那么格式化的所有内容都不会丢失。

我尝试构建使用滚动日历的系统。我刚刚完成了一个有5个季度日历的系统——当前季度、下一个季度和上一个季度。
在可预见的将来，不需要对输入数据的(几个)表提供的仪表板或报告进行更改。
我也尽量避免使用当前时间段名称的表格，例如TASKS 2018。
相反，我使用了TASKS或TASKS CURRENT YEAR。
在时间周期结束时，表通过给定它们的时间周期名称进行归档，并且各种对象可能需要更新以显示历史记录，但我也尝试在设计中避免这种情况。
即便如此，至少当前的生产可以在交叉期间继续进行，而不会产生不ob欧宝娱乐app手机下载必要的压力。
