Calendar publishing - Change event description
Hello, when you publish an iCS version of a Smartsheet calendar, it would be great to have the ability to change or hide the default event description :
This event was published from the Smartsheet named "XXXX". Click here to edit the Smartsheet item:https://app.smartsheet.com/b/home?lx=XXXXXXX
This is indeed misleading when you just share publicly a calendar from Smartsheet, without giving access to the sheet itself.
It would be even better to use a specific column used as an event description.

There is no direct way to do this. Adding a checkbox helper column with something similar to this and then formatting based on the checkbox is the simplest way. You can even hide the extra column, as there is no reason for it to be visible.<\/p>
