禁用SmartSheet帐户持有人的名称

我使用Smartsheet作为与JitBit集成的一部分，使用Zapier将两者集成。
我在公司内部网上创建了一个智能表格，供经理们在雇用新员工时填写。
它的工作方式是:
- 表单中填充了新的招聘信息
- 在Smartsheet中创建新行
- 创建一个新的Jitbit Helpdesk票证，用于路由到特定的组
问题是在它创建票的时候，表单创建者的名字(我的)显示为“被记录”，基本上表明我是创建票的人，我没有。
我意识到这可能必须在Smartsheet之外的其他地方抑制，但我想先在这里检查一下。
