自动归档已完成的任务
我已经复制了一份“当前任务”表，这样我就可以用它来存档我的“已完成任务”，否则它们就会填满我的任务表。
我注意到有一个链接单元格的功能，但我试图弄清楚是否有可能将标记为“已完成”的行自动复制到“已完成任务”工作表中，因此我不必定期手动处理此操作。
我对SmarSheet很陌生，所以我不太明白这是否可以做到，但似乎任何值得使用的任务管理解决方案都应该有一种方法来归档已完成的任务，并将它们从当前任务的视图中移除。

Smartsheet没有任何内置的自动化功能，但它可以与其他应用程序一起工作，Zappier可能是可以为你做到这一点的应用程序。
或者，创建两个报告，一个显示已完成的任务，另一个显示所有剩余的任务。然后在第二个视图中工作，因为它不会显示已完成的任务。当然，这取决于你在smartsheet中做什么，它是否是一个合适的方法。

Zapier可以将行内容从一个工作表复制到另一个工作表，如果它被标记为完成。一旦你设置了“Zap”，它会在后台自动运行。看看zapier.com了解更多信息。
至于过滤器，没有必要每次进行更改时都重新应用过滤器。一旦设置了过滤器，它将在每次打开工作表时自动刷新。如果要强制刷新过滤器，请刷新工作表或退出并打开工作表。

The issue is it doesn't know whether to check the box or not check the box because there are multiple ORD0241 on the Request sheet and one is checked and one is not checked. If I am understanding correctly you want the box checked if any of the ORD0241 are checked on the request sheet. If that is correct you would need to use a countifs formula with an If formula<\/p>
