Hello Smartsheet community!

I'm asking if there's a way to limit the emails received after each update is submitted through an update request and waiting for approvals? or cancel them and rely solely on the app notification?

I have many tasks in each project and I set myself to approve all updates coming from update request. for example : when the user updates 10 tasks I get 10 emails asking me to approve each task individually then I receive 10 more confirmation emails that the task change has been approved.

It's would be nice if I only receive one email for the 10 tasks allowing me to approve the changes in one link one by one just like the form that the user fills in the update request.

Add a \"Created By\" column in your sheet and turn on \"Required smartsheet login to access your form\" in your form setting. So that whoever fills out the form, their email id will be automatically captured in \"created by\" column. This will replace your \"Requestor Name\" column. <\/p>
