Microsoft Office 365 Planner support
What I'd love is for an assigned task to create a new Planner task and be linked together when changes happen to either side they update each other.
Primary use case is that the majority of people who will access Smartsheet in our company will have other tasks they need to keep track of in the organization through Planner in Teams. Forcing them to use another tool to track their tasks in adds complexity and reduces the chance they will update their own tasks.
Since Microsoft is unwilling to improve Planner to compete against it's more expensive Project Online offering it seems to me Smartsheet has an opportunity to give a decent alternative by integrating with Planner and even more with Teams.

Hi,
也许可以设置一些微观soft Flow so I would research that option first but another solution would be to use Smartsheet instead of Planner.
What's keeping you from using Smartsheet instead of Planner?
Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.
Would that work?
Have a fantastic weekend!

I am curious if anyone else is looking to solve this same issue?
We have a high level of O354/Panner adoption and adding another tool is not really a desirable option for 80% those users. The 20% that use SmartSheet for projects really need to be able to have a bi-directional feed between SmartSheet and planner.
Any thoughts/ideas?

I am researching the same thing. Smartsheet is fine for the larger projects and programs but we have individual users that it would be nice for them to have just a user view of all their assigned tasks across multiple project like Monday.com or Wrike. Just seems like all of the tools are missing key pieces. The other thing I don't love about smartsheet is the formatting options. I hate that I can't control the colors and look and feel is a bit old school.
Any one find anything yet with an integration for user views/dashboards? Interested in seeing more.

Hi,
她名叫共享是有用和wi的链接ll take us to MSFlow workspace.
What I am missing is the logic in Smartsheet connector to detail conditions for the triggers. It seems that I can use a trigger "When any sheet is updated", but within, would be good to have the possibility to specify which field/collumn in the sheet needs to be updated to trigger the flow.e.g.Assigned To field needs to be added/edit and this will trigger the flow.

@rcabralYou'd set those conditions in the MS Automate if possible.

No, it currently isn't possible to share the Data Shuttle workflow configuration with another account. The set-up for that workflow is associated with one account. (Please let our Product team know of your feature request by filling in this form, here!)
That said, many team members will be able to trigger that workflow, depending on what that trigger is. For example, if the workflow is based on an attachment, any user can upload the attachment for the workflow. Does that make sense?
