早上好,

只是想知道是否有一个即将到来的增强，也许是一个下拉框来选择你的国家，它将自动填充主要节日，如元旦，圣诞节，感恩节等，但也允许添加额外的日子，如果需要的话。

    我的项目在假期里遇到了一些问题。

    我在一个国家(例如捷克共和国)的项目由其他国家(美国、瑞典、德国等)的工程师组成。

    假期是按工作表(如项目时间表)分配的，而不是按资源(如MS Projects假期日历功能)分配的。

    可能有一项任务可以由美国工程师完成，但由于假期安排，德国工程师无法完成。

    为了避免这种情况，我完全停止在项目表上使用假期。

    相反，我制作了一张表格，按国家列出了所有值得关注的节日。

    然后我为我的团队准备了另一张表格，记录他们的假期和假期。

    我会从主表中复制适用的假期，并将假期分配给每个人。

    在项目进度表中，这个人会在假期出现，作为PM(如果不是我的话)的提醒，提醒他那天任务不会被完成。

    我花了大约一两个小时来建立主表(大约10个国家)，又花了一两个小时来建立我的团队预期的假期。

    工作得很好。

    这防止了另一个PM在客户关闭时将我的德语发送到另一个国家(以前发生过)。

With SUMIFS, you have to include the range to SUM separately from the ranges to compare. In your scenario, they are the same, but can be different.<\/p>
