是否有一种方法，有一个日期/时间字段在一个单独的表格查找数据来填充自己?

我正在建立一个表格，让人们选择参加培训课程的日期和时间。我想把列表放在一个单独的表格中，然后只显示在表单下拉框中仍然可用的会话。
