这些数据的目的是找出潜在的候选人参加我们年会的年份。对一些人来说是一年，而对另一些人来说是数倍——可能是十年或更长。这不是必填项，所以如果提名的人不知道，我们将不得不手动填写信息。
我们使用这些数据来确定某人是否有资格担任特定的志愿者角色。现在，它进来的方式是可行的，我只是希望使它格式的方式，我想没有任何操作。因为我们预计不会有超过20 - 25个项目，所以我对现在的工作方式很满意。

啊。好的。如果您确实采用了每年使用复选框的方法，那么您可以简单地使用COUNTIFS函数来计算选中了多少个复选框(参加的年份)。您还可以设置一个更新请求，以便只有在选择NO年份时才会收到电子邮件。
但是只有20 - 25个条目，继续对你有用的可能会更容易。
