Switch Users in Smartsheet
As i am involved in a number of charity projects and two businesses, I have several smartsheet log-ins under different email addresses. I would be very pleased if there was a function to 'switch users' rather than having to log out and back in to each one. Better still if all accounts could be opened simultaneously ...
Can this be added to the wish list (near the top:-) )
Other users please comment if this would help you too

Great request.
我已经解决了它that way with two separate accounts:
My main account I always open with Firefox.
My secondary account I always open with Chrome.
In both cases, the SmartSheet URL is pinned to the task bar, so I can easily open either account or borthh at the same time.
但是我认为一个简单的切换不同ccounts would be helpful.

Using Google Chrome Incognito works too.

Like Daniel, I currently have three browsers open with different Smartsheet logins. I will try Incognito tomorrow!

Tested Chrome incognito. was hoping that each incognito window could display a deifferent SS account, but no such luck. However you can have one account open in the standard Chrome window, and another in an incognito window. Further incognito windows seems to conflict with the first.
Best solution would be for SS to build the functionality into the SS apllication itself. Just a button saying "switch user" - bit like gmail

Hi Everyone - I will add this suggestion to our enhancement request list.
A couple notes:
The way Chrome works, when you open an incognito window, all incognito windows will operate under the same session until all incognito windows are closed. This is why you can only be logged into one Smartsheet account regardless of how many incognito windows are open.
I have multiple Smartsheet accounts open daily and I do this mainly using Chrome's multi user functionality. With Chrome, you can be logged into different Google accounts (profiles) in different windows. In my example, I am logged into my work Google account in one window, and my personal Google account in my other window. Not only does each window show separate bookmarks, browser history, passwords, etc, but I can have different Smartsheet sessions/accounts open in each window.
Here's are article I found on adding additional Chrome profiles. It is an older article but the steps should be similar:http://www.pcworld.com/article/2089364/how-to-create-and-manage-multiple-user-profiles-in-chrome.html

Thanks Travis.
I think that will help my workflow.
Or hinder it greatly. I've already been accussed of having too many windows open.
