Formula Column - Change Status based on %Complete
I have created a Column called Formula1 and I am wanting to use this column to create a formula that will look at the %Complete and If the %Complete = 100% (1) then change the status to Complete. Currently I have the following as the formula: =IF(%Complete1 = 1, Status1 = "Complete")
Problem is I am getting "#NUMBER EXPECTED
Any ideas?

You can't use a formula to change a different cell.
In your Status column, row 1
=IF(%Complete1 = 1, "Complete", "")
or
=IF(%Complete1 = 1, "Complete", "Not Complete")
Be aware that if anyone types in the Status column, your formula will be lost.

Instead of applying the formula to \"Multiselect Text String\" row, did you tried with \"Multiselect Values\" row?<\/p>
