范围名称

我有一个关于范围名称和描述的问题。
当我用公式另一个表它会自动调用{range Count}。
后来，当我试图找出公式中使用的是哪个工作表数据时，我找不到工作表和范围，因为我忘记了，而且范围名称中没有提到。
你能告诉我是否有可能在某个地方找到{}的范围描述吗?
例如:{range Count} = sheet "Name"， range "Count:Count"?

唯一可以看到引用的地方是在公式中，或者当您单击单元格时，它是公式的一部分。如果你点击链接“编辑参考”你会打开“参考另一张表格”窗口，您可以在其中查看和更新范围。
将引用重命名为更好的名称也是一种最佳实践，这样更容易使用。
- 您可以选择为引用键入一个名称。(如果您不输入名称，引用将根据工作表名称和工作表被引用的次数分配一个默认名称。)
