What is the maximum number of attachments allowed per sheet?
What is the maximum number of attachments that a single Smartsheet will allow? Is there a maximum number of attachments allowed per row?

If you are uploading files from your computer to be stored in Smartsheet, there isn't a limit to the total number of attachments allowed on a row or sheet, but you are bound by the amount of storage space included in the sheet owner's subscription (reference).
However, if you are using an attachment provider such as Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc. there will be no limit imposed by Smartsheet.
