Hey

Has anyone compiled a 'user manual' for collaborators who has never worked on Smartsheet? Our company is within the construction project management sector and we collaborate with many consultant. At the start of each project we need to provide Smartsheet training, specific to our project sheets, for the consultants. I would like to compile a 'user manual specific to our sheets', but thought of asking if someone else already compile something like that. I just need some ideas on the look of such a manual.

There is no direct way to do this. Adding a checkbox helper column with something similar to this and then formatting based on the checkbox is the simplest way. You can even hide the extra column, as there is no reason for it to be visible.<\/p>
