如何构建an interactive dashboard
If I have a dataset looks like below:
Project_ID Approval_Status
P1 Approved
P2 Declined
P3 In approving
P4 Approved
is it possible to create an interactive dashboard showing the approval status of each Project ID? and Project ID put into a drop down frame on the left of the dashboard, user can select any of Project ID in the frame and view the approval status on the right in a text box.

I have created something similar for a client with an intermediate step where the users selects the project ID on a sheet and then clicking on a url in that sheet to show the results for the selected project on a dashboard.

Yes, there are a few different ways to do it. Here's one.
A sheet as a web content widget that is set up to with a drop-down with the projects and then that would show the approval status in the next column.

Paul Newcome ✭✭✭✭✭✭I second Andree's suggestion. And to keep the dashboard looking a little cleaner, the URL Widget can be resized so that you can only see those two particular cells.

Hi @Matthew LeMasonry<\/a> <\/p> No, it currently isn't possible to share the Data Shuttle workflow configuration with another account. The set-up for that workflow is associated with one account. (Please let our Product team know of your feature request by filling in this form, here!)<\/a><\/p> That said, many team members will be able to trigger<\/em> that workflow, depending on what that trigger is. For example, if the workflow is based on an attachment, any user can upload the attachment for the workflow. Does that make sense?<\/p> If you are looking to transfer workflows because a user has left the organization, you could potentially update the Primary email address associated with the account that owns the configurations. This will allow you to gain access to the Data Shuttle workflows from the new email. Keep in mind this would need to be an email that does not currently have a Smartsheet account.
