条件格式-跟踪成本波动
我有一个总清单来记录一件商品的成本。是否有一种方法来格式化单元格更改字体为红色或绿色基于是否值高于以前的成本?IE: 2015年成本是1美元，2016年成本上升到2美元。我希望2016年的成本自动变为绿色，以显示价格上涨，反之亦然。

如果Difference小于0，则将此格式应用于Difference列。[“此格式”为:红色字母]
如果Difference大于0，则将此格式应用于Difference列。[“本格式”为:绿色字母]
我猜，操作的问题部分将是设置正确的公式，在正确的位置计算差异(因为值不在同一行中)。我的意思是这些是=Cost2-Cost5之类的，但它们取决于具体的值在哪里。
